The Customer shall make the payment upon the delivery of the services rendered by the Company. The amount varies according to the different services opted for by the customers. The mode of payment shall be Mode of Payment or any other mode of payment as per the Company standards.
The Company agrees to perform such video proposal services as agreed by the Customer. The Company further agrees to provide such services with its available skills, resources, and expertise in a professional and timely manner with the highest quality.
It is agreed that the Parties herein are independent contractors, and the relationship between them shall not constitute a partnership or a joint venture.
Either party may terminate this proposal by written notice to the other party. In case of breach of the terms and conditions herein by any party, the party in breach shall remedy it within Termination Notice Period day(s) upon receiving such notice of breach. Failure to remedy the breach will lead to termination of this proposal without prior notice.
This Proposal and the Contract between the Parties arising upon the customer's acceptance of this Proposal shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of Governing Law.
