Client Name agrees to pay via Mode of Payment for the product or services contracted for and described in the quote within Payment Due in Days day(s) of the date the invoice is rendered to the client. Any discrepancies must be noted in writing to the company within Discrepancies Notice Period in Days day(s) from the date the invoice is rendered. If the client disputes any portion of the invoice, they must still pay the undisputed portion in accordance with this quote. The broadcaster's acceptance of the undisputed portion does not imply acceptance of the client's dispute.
The client may terminate the contract by providing Termination Notice Period in Days day(s) prior written notice. Any services already scheduled or in progress within the final Service Completion Notice Period in Days day(s) will be completed as agreed, and the client will be responsible for payment for those services.
The broadcaster shall not be liable for any damages, losses, costs, or expenses suffered by the client as a result of substitution, interruption, postponement, or inability or omission to broadcast any advertising because of (a) technical or mechanical difficulties, public emergency or necessity, legal restriction, strike or labor action, terrorism, (b) failure of any third party transmission, (c) regulations, directions, orders, or other requirements of any federal, provincial, municipal authority or any applicable regulatory bodies, including the radio-television and telecommunications.
