Painting Company Name agrees to paint the interior of the Client Name's property located at Client Address. The painting crew must remove residual chipping paint and apply new coats of paint to all shingles and trim. The parties plan to paint the entire property as set out above. The painting crews must also clean up any debris and remove all equipment until the job is complete.
The client accepts the final quote provided here, and the price for goods and services includes taxes. On acceptance of this proposal, Advance Payment Percentage% of the balance payment shall be immediately due for settlement before work commences. Depending on the project’s cost, the client must pay a deposit equal to the negotiated amount for supplies and activities. The balance shall be due upon completion and successful inspection by the client and the painter, unless otherwise stated in writing. The client will be charged a Credit/Debit Card Fee Percentage fee for payments made by credit/debit card.
All tools and materials will be provided by the Painting Company Name, deemed necessary in the collective professional opinion, and according to industry standards, to perform work of high quality.
Painting Company Name warrants to perform the work professionally. If cracking or bubbling occurs, the company will return and make the necessary repairs at no additional cost to the client.
All members of Painting Company Name's painting crew are certified, licensed, insured, and bonded. The company also works closely with supervised apprentice roofers. The company guarantees that the painting project will be executed flawlessly and in accordance with the highest standards of professional conduct. The painting crews are fully safety-certified, first-aid trained, and covered by workers' compensation insurance. The painting crews are also members of Relevant Professional Association or Organization and uphold their standards of quality and integrity.
The parties herein are independent contractors, and nothing in this proposal shall be construed as a joint venture, partnership, or employer-employee relationship.
The parties agree that this proposal and the contract arising from the acceptance of this proposal shall be governed by the laws of Governing Law.
