Our most cost-effective option, delivering the fastest visible results through conventional treatments. While highly effective, it is less environmentally friendly and may contribute to soil nutrient imbalance over time.

You have the right to reject, modify, stop, or cancel any plans or work in progress. However, you agree to remit to us all costs and expenses incurred prior to any changes being implemented, and to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any liability arising from such action. We agree to use our best efforts to minimize such costs and expenses.
All lawn care services will be performed according to the agreed-upon schedule and frequency as specified in the service plan. Any adjustments or rescheduling requests must be communicated at least Number of Days to Request Reschedule day(s) prior to the scheduled event.
The Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the property, remove obstacles (such as toys, furniture, or vehicles), and ensure pets are secured during scheduled services. The Client shall notify Company Name of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or potential hazards prior to the commencement of services.
Company Name warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner and completed within the timeframe agreed upon, subject to weather conditions and other factors beyond reasonable control. We welcome client feedback, suggestions, and reasonable requests to rectify issues with our services.
Company Name maintains comprehensive liability insurance and adheres to industry safety standards. However, we are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities, unsecured items, or pre-existing property conditions. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
All payments must be made in USD through Mode of Payment. The initial payment must be cleared before the project can proceed. The client has Number of Days to Refurbish Outstanding Payments day(s) to refurbish the outstanding payments for the project to move forward. Failure to make payment after the default period will constitute a breach of contract and may result in further action.
The scope of services under this proposal includes lawn care programs and/or individual services selected by the Client, as outlined in the Lawn Care Program Options and Lawn Care Services sections above. Services will be performed in accordance with industry standards, applicable safety practices, and the agreed service schedule.
Any services not expressly listed in this proposal may be provided upon request and may incur additional charges.
