The client has Payment Due in Days day(s) to make the payments for the project to move forward. Failure to pay beyond the default period will result in a breach of contractual terms and further actions.
Interior Design Company Name will not place orders or procure goods on behalf of Client Name until the receipt of a deposit. Vendors require full payment upon order placement; accordingly, Client Name is expected to pay in full for such goods. This must be stated in the contractual terms in the agreement form. Interior Design Company Name may also give specifications to the client if the client prefers to purchase directly from vendors.
For Interior Design Company Name's portfolio of works, Client Name must agree to allow the designer to photograph and record the project through all its stages of work and after completion.
Interior Design Company Name guarantees that all services will be completed within the agreed-upon timeframe and with professionalism. All information considered proprietary by the client will be handled confidentially during and after the contract term. All rooms for improvement, suggestions, and rectifications are open.
You can reject, modify, stop, or cancel any plans or work in progress. However, you agree to remit us all costs and expenses incurred before any changes were implemented and to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless for any liability relating to such action. We welcome all feedback, suggestions, and requests for corrections to ensure the highest quality of service.
