The payment for the catering services shall be made as per the quote mentioned above after the Client receives the invoice. The mode of payment shall be Mode of Payment or any other mode of payment as mutually agreed by both Parties.

In the event any provision of this quote is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, that part shall be severed from the remainder of this quote, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect as valid and enforceable.
Any notices required or permitted by this quote shall be in writing and delivered by certified mail or courier to the mentioned address.
The parties agree that this quote shall be governed by the laws of Governing Law. In the event that the parties conduct business in different states, this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the parties conduct business.
