Client Name agrees to pay Service Provider Company Name a Total Fees Deposit Percentage percent of the total fees as a deposit upon acceptance of this quote and the remaining Total Fees Remaining Percentage after Deposit not more than Payment Due in Days day(s) after the project is completed.
In no event shall Service Provider Company Name be individually liable to Client Name for any damages for breach of fiduciary duty by third parties unless Service Provider Company Name's act or failure to act involves intentional misconduct, fraud, or a knowing violation of the law.
The work schedule and timelines will be set after discussing them with Client Name. Service Provider Company Name will ensure that the work commences and is completed as per the discussed timelines.
